This week we’re talking self-confidence with Sheena Yap Chan.

You know I believe that when you like the way you look, you’re more confident, but I know that’s not the whole story.  Self-confidence is so important in life, but it’s also misunderstood, so I invited Sheena to share what confidence is, what it’s not, and how to start getting yourself some!

We also talk about her concept of a “confidence color”, which most of us probably have, without being aware of–once you name it, it can be a powerful tool.

Sheena Yap Chan is a blogger, podcaster, consultant, author, and speaker on building self-confidence. She currently inspires women through her podcast called The Tao of Self Confidence where she interviews Asian women about their inner journey to self-confidence.
